“Giving birth does not automatically make a mother out of a woman.“
Dana Raphael

We go through some of the main psychological, physical, hormonal and social changes you can expect postnatally.
Section Three
We dive into self-care and what you can do to mitigate the effects of these changes.
Section Four
We unpack your postnatal plan and I guide you step by step on how to fill it in.
” I completed this course with Elise just before I had my first child and with baby number 2 just weeks away, I have pulled all my notes out knowing how much they supported me the first time. I went into motherhood nervous but having the knowledge Elise taught me, I had confidence that I could use my postpartum plan and resources to get through anything. I found it took the pressure off that one day of birth and I was able to look forward towards Motherhood creating a plan with the tool Elise taught us. Thank you so much!” Kate – Previous Student
