You’ve decided to take charge of your health and wellbeing…but you don’t know where to start! More often than not, it takes a team of people to help us along the way.
Whether you’re already working with a practitioner but not seeing the results you expected, or are still looking for your team and don’t know which way to go, I’m here to provide guidance, resources and a good dose of motivation.
I’ve spent years experimenting, learning and researching so you can skip the queue and start taking your health to a new level straight away.

What is Holistic Wellbeing?
Health practitioners can’t always allocate time during your visit to cover tips, tricks and lifestyle changes that will ensure your treatment works and the results last. I spent hours digging around to find the right ways to support myself during treatments: looking for recipes adapted to my dietary needs or ways to lower my stress for example.
My Holistic Wellbeing Coach service is tailored to your specific needs: perhaps it’s keeping you accountable to follow your treatment plan and optimising your results through essential lifestyle changes or maybe it is discussing which modality may be the most suited for you right now.
I created this service to save you time and to maximise your results when you work with a health care practitioner. Whether you want to conceive a healthy baby, you’re following a post-natal treatment, going through a gut healing protocol with a Naturopath, or any other in-depth work that requires focus and commitment for motherhood wellbeing or general women’s health, I’ll help you maximise your chances of success.
If you’d like to go down the holistic path but you’re not sure where to start, I can help you find the information you need to make an informed decision. You can start with this article I’ve written in a series called “Who’s on your wellness team?”.
What does a session look like?
First, we go through your treatment plan to determine what will best support your success and we discuss the appropriate lifestyle changes to implement. If possible, during that phase, I will work in partnership with your practitioner.
During each following session, we go through the 4 key areas that will help support you along the journey:
Nutrition
Movement, Rest and Play
Lifestyle
Family, Connections and Support
If you need to follow a specific diet, I can help you find the best places to shop, provide links to recipes and meal planning ideas. While I am a health coach based in Sydney, I can also conduct wellbeing consultations via phone, Zoom or Skype regardless of where you live.

- You’re not interested in making any adjustments in your life beyond following the treatment that your practitioner recommended.
