“Things don’t change, we change.”
Henri David Thoreau

What are your strengths? What lights you up? What matters most to you? In order to skilfully navigate any transition in your life, you need to access the resources that are already within you and work to develop the ones that will be most beneficial to you.
Your potential is revealed through awareness and meaningful action, which is exactly what Life Coaching can help you with. You have way more control over your life and a lot more resources within you than what you think you do.

What is Life Coaching?
Think about life coaching like having a personal trainer but instead of just focusing on your fitness we focus on all areas of your life: helping you set meaningful goals, make progress, stay on track and motivate you in a gentle (not boot camp) way.
Together we work on clarifying what matters most to you, what you’d like your life to look like, and which goals are going to serve you best on this journey. Then we craft meaningful steps to help you get there and to support you in embracing each day fully charged and inspired, no matter what the winds of life blow your way.
You can get a taste for what’s possible with coaching by reading one of my client’s experience HERE.
What’s in it for you?
- Clarify what you want and who you are in this season of your life (uncover your values, your strengths, your passions and your skills).
- Draw your own picture of success when it comes to motherhood/womanhood and work, beyond the expectations that have been placed on you.
- Master the art of asking for what you need.
- Experience more calm and steadiness, more often.
- Make decisions that support your wellbeing, your values and your family’s life.
- Build confidence to do things your way at work and in your personal life (there is no one right way to be a mother / a woman or run a business!)
- Create healthy habits that last.
- Love yourself more so you can love others better.
- Go beyond limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours: perfectionism, control, judgment towards self and others, guilt…to name a few.
- Create lasting change.
By regaining control of your energy, your health, your mental and emotional wellbeing, everyone around you will benefit.
What does a session look like?
In a nutshell: you dig, and I hold the torch. I don’t pretend to have all of your answers, but I do have some powerful questions to help you find what it is that you want and what will empower you to take action.
No two sessions will be the same. We will talk, explore and experiment. What stays the same is my ultimate intention for you: that all the gems hidden within come to the surface and reveal their secrets to your best life yet.
My approach is holistic: I believe in addressing the mind (making it work for you and not against you), but also addressing the body inside and out (think the food you eat, your sleep, movement, the toxins you’re exposed to in your environment, etc.). Cognitive science is now showing that our mind resides not only in our brain: our heart and our gut also play a role in shaping our thoughts and actions. Bringing all these parts back in alignment is key to how I coach. Creating harmony between mind and body is where true physical, mental and emotional health come from.
I have a wide range of tools in my toolkit and I like to keep them sharp: I continuously research, learn and practice what I preach. Amongst other things, I’m a Practitioner of Positive Psychology, I studied Functional Nutrition and I’m a big advocate of Mindfulness practices. I use my direct experience of these tools to flavour my coaching sessions and create a special container for you to find the support and guidance you need.
French born and raised, I have lived and worked in Australia for over 15 years and I can comfortably coach in both French and English. If you live in Sydney and you want to see me face-to-face, you can come to Bulb Clinic in Clovelly (Eastern Suburbs) where I consult from on certain days of the week. If you live anywhere else in the world or like to stay in the comfort of your home, we can meet online via Zoom or Skype. I also offer coaching walks for the additional inspiration and change of perspective they provide.

Who is it for?
“The only constant in life is change”: this very wise statement has certainly been proven right in my life to date. Equipped with my personal knowledge of change and motherhood, I’m particularly interested in supporting women through life transitions, both personal and professional: getting ready to becoming a mum (first time around or more), navigating the physical and emotional rollercoaster of motherhood, going through a career change, starting your own business or deciding to do so, relocating, facing a turning point with your health and wellbeing. The temptation is great to push through and try to face these on your own…but it’s actually a time when support is what you need most. You certainly don’t need to face a crisis to benefit from seeing a Life Coach. The desire to reach your full potential is all that’s required to embark on a truly transformative journey with coaching.
Coaching is for you if you’re motivated to change and to do what it takes for change to take place. Yes, it does require effort and commitment to move in the direction of your dreams. If you’re ready, I’ll be your best cheerleader!

Life Coaching is not for you if:
- You’re not motivated to make changes.
- You want someone to tell you what to do with your life.
- You’re not interested in knowing yourself better.
- You don’t want to be challenged to view things from a different perspective.
- You’re looking for the services of a qualified therapist to help you navigate mental health issues or trauma.
I live and work on the unceeded land of the Gadigal people of the Eora nation. I bow to the wisdom of the custodians and their elders, past present and emerging.
