Things don’t change, we change.
Henri David Thoreau

What are your strengths? What lights you up? What matters most to you? In order to skilfully navigate any transition in your life, you need to access the resources that are already within you and work to develop the ones that will be most beneficial to you.

Your potential is revealed through awareness and meaningful action, which is exactly what Life Coaching can help you with. You have way more control over your life and a lot more resources within you than what you think you do.

What is Life Coaching?

Think about life coaching like having a personal trainer but instead of just focusing on your fitness we focus on all areas of your life: helping you set meaningful goals, make progress, stay on track and motivate you in a gentle (not boot camp) way.

Together we work on clarifying what matters most to you, what you’d like your life to look like, and which goals are going to serve you best on this journey. Then we craft meaningful steps to help you get there and to support you in embracing each day fully charged and inspired, no matter what the winds of life blow your way.

You can get a taste for what’s possible with coaching by reading one of my client’s experience HERE.

What’s in it for you?
  • Clarify what you want and who you are in this season of your life (uncover your values, your strengths, your passions and your skills).
  • Draw your own picture of success when it comes to motherhood/womanhood and work, beyond the expectations that have been placed on you.
  • Master the art of asking for what you need.
  • Experience more calm and steadiness, more often.
  • Make decisions that support your wellbeing, your values and your family’s life.
  • Build confidence to do things your way at work and in your personal life (there is no one right way to be a mother / a woman or run a business!)
  • Create healthy habits that last.
  • Love yourself more so you can love others better.
  • Go beyond limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours: perfectionism, control, judgment towards self and others, guilt…to name a few.
  • Create lasting change.

By regaining control of your energy, your health, your mental and emotional wellbeing, everyone around you will benefit.

What does a session look like?

In a nutshell: you dig, and I hold the torch. I don’t pretend to have all of your answers, but I do have some powerful questions to help you find what it is that you want and what will empower you to take action.

No two sessions will be the same. We will talk, explore and experiment. What stays the same is my ultimate intention for you: that all the gems hidden within come to the surface and reveal their secrets to your best life yet.

My approach is holistic: I believe in addressing the mind (making it work for you and not against you), but also addressing the body inside and out (think the food you eat, your sleep, movement, the toxins you’re exposed to in your environment, etc.). Cognitive science is now showing that our mind resides not only in our brain: our heart and our gut also play a role in shaping our thoughts and actions. Bringing all these parts back in alignment is key to how I coach. Creating harmony between mind and body is where true physical, mental and emotional health come from.

I have a wide range of tools in my toolkit and I like to keep them sharp: I continuously research, learn and practice what I preach. Amongst other things, I’m a Practitioner of Positive Psychology, I studied Functional Nutrition and I’m a big advocate of Mindfulness practices. I use my direct experience of these tools to flavour my coaching sessions and create a special container for you to find the support and guidance you need.

French born and raised, I have lived and worked in Australia for over 15 years and I can comfortably coach in both French and English. If you live in Sydney and you want to see me face-to-face, you can come to Bulb Clinic in Clovelly (Eastern Suburbs) where I consult from on certain days of the week. If you live anywhere else in the world or like to stay in the comfort of your home, we can meet online via Zoom or Skype. I also offer coaching walks for the additional inspiration and change of perspective they provide.

Who is it for?

“The only constant in life is change”: this very wise statement has certainly been proven right in my life to date. Equipped with my personal knowledge of change and motherhood, I’m particularly interested in supporting women through life transitions, both personal and professional: getting ready to becoming a mum (first time around or more), navigating the physical and emotional rollercoaster of motherhood, going through a career change, starting your own business or deciding to do so, relocating, facing a turning point with your health and wellbeing. The temptation is great to push through and try to face these on your own…but it’s actually a time when support is what you need most. You certainly don’t need to face a crisis to benefit from seeing a Life Coach. The desire to reach your full potential is all that’s required to embark on a truly transformative journey with coaching.

Coaching is for you if you’re motivated to change and to do what it takes for change to take place. Yes, it does require effort and commitment to move in the direction of your dreams. If you’re ready, I’ll be your best cheerleader!

If you’re still unsure whether you’d benefit from Life Coaching, check out my article: Do you need a Life Coach?

Life Coaching is not for you if:
  • You’re not motivated to make changes.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do with your life.
  • You’re not interested in knowing yourself better.
  • You don’t want to be challenged to view things from a different perspective.
  • You’re looking for the services of a qualified therapist to help you navigate mental health issues or trauma.
Committing to a personal evolution journey requires trust and this is where we start!

I absolutely loved my sessions and time working with Elise and found them really beneficial. Elise has an amazingly calm, optimistic and intuitive approach that really helps dig deep in a super positive way. Since working with her, I’ve had some revelations about how I deal with certain stresses and situations and have learned ways to manage them better. I would highly recommend working with Elise if you’re looking for some clarity, positive action and structure around different areas & goals. She also has some amazing practical tips & recommendations that are game changers! I look forward to working with Elise again very soon!

Marianne, General Manager, Sydney, Australia

Working with Elise has helped me tremendously to trust my inner voice when it comes to motherhood and everyday challenges. I feel more confident about my own decisions as a woman and a mother, with more capacity to focus on what matters most. It’s priceless. Elise has a gentle yet efficient way of communicating which creates a safe and warm environment to discuss any topic. Her kind and open approach has been a great support in my personal development journey.

Judith Dexmier, Corporate Sales Lead, Sydney, Australia

Before going to see Elise, I had been feeling unhappy at work since coming back from maternity leave. Elise guided me to get clarity on what I wanted to achieve and what was important to me, which helped me gain confidence. I’m now feeling good about my choices, I started new and healthy behaviours that are and will continue to positively impact my day to day. Elise is very skilled and talented, she communicates with clarity and is friendly and honest. I strongly recommend Elise to anyone who wants to progress in their professional and personal lives.

Laetitia G., Sales Manager, Sydney, Australia

If you feel stuck, lost or unsure about what you should do next, I highly recommend you work with Elise. Else is very intuitive and an incredibly good listener. During each session we had, she asked the exact questions I needed to hear, the ones that bring you to those juicy “ah ah” moments. Even though she asks powerful questions that lead to big realisations, she always does it in a gentle, warm and compassionate way that makes you feel supported and always at ease. If you want a very dedicated and professional coach to help you find clarity, then you’ve found her!

Lucie Robazza, Product Manager, Sydney, Australia

It was my first experience of life coaching and I had no expectation really. But after a few months working with Elise, I’d recommend coaching to anyone who feels a bit lost and overwhelmed and needs to find clarity. Elise succeeded in helping me progress with the decisions I wanted to make for my personal life and career. She knew how to guide me through self-reflection, which helped me gain a different perspective on my situation. She gave me the right tools to regain confidence in myself and in my projects. Elise is very gentle and compassionate. She asks the right questions which sometimes take you where it’s hard to go on your own 🙂

Aurelie O’Connor, business owner, Sydney, Australia

Elise is extremely empathetic, an excellent listener, professional and always patient, trustworthy and encouraging. She has an uncanny knack to always know the right question to ask in order to draw out exactly what it is that was holding me back. She was able to help me find clarity over what was needed to be done to move forward in a positive way. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Elise coach me through such a pivotal time in my career and life and could not recommend her enough if you are looking for professional and motivating support to move through life in a more positive, fulfilling way.

Helen Besgrove, Senior Brand Manager, Sydney, Australia

Elise demonstrates an ability to listen deeply and create a coaching dynamic that gently but assuredly propels you forward. She is authentic, completely trustworthy, articulate, and structured, and she zeros in on key issues with great accuracy, walking alongside you like a good friend, bringing insight and energy.

Anne Trager, small business owner, Toulouse, France

I’m feeling more confident in the decisions I have to make and I’m seeing more opportunities in day to day life that I didn’t notice previously. Elise is always in the moment right there with me throughout the sessions, her communication style is fantastic, and she has a great depth of knowledge. To be able to work though problems and move myself forwards in my goals has been invaluable.

Kimberlea Lemon, Occupational Therapist, Rotorua, New Zealand

Getting people to a space and place of clarity and utmost organisation is a gift and I’d strongly encourage anyone who has the opportunity to do so with Elise, to do it yesterday. Whatever she touches turns to calm-and-organised and with her passion for wellbeing, it’s a holistic journey in getting you there.

Alexx Stuart, Author and Founder of Low Tox Life, Sydney, Australia

Elise is a deep, intuitive listener and focuses on what’s needed to help move me forward as I work to achieve my goals. Since I started working with her, I’ve learned to slow down and listen to my inner wisdom. I’ve deepened my insights into what I want for myself and how to achieve that.

L-M Maitland, Medical Social Worker, United States

Having witnessed her evolution and growth over some time now it’s easy for me to say that one would be hard put to find a coach as professional, committed and dedicated to their process and their client’s success as Elise most certainly is.

Rod Francis, Head of Coaching Faculty, Human Potential Institute, United States

I started working with Elise to understand how to improve my eating habits so I could feel and sleep better and eventually lose weight.  Elise always made me feel like I was the most important client she had.  She had very powerful questions that led me to discover answers I had no idea were within me. I can’t thank Elise enough for encouraging me to investigate my health issues and work with a Functional Medicine practitioner (which I had never heard of). I’m happy to report that my health has improved greatly and I feel great.

Leslie K. Whitby, Business Development Manager, Philadelphia, United States

Elise helped me clarify my goals and the steps that could be taken to move towards them. She helped me closely examine different elements of my life and choose which areas I needed to focus on to improve my overall wellbeing, where it would be better to step back and consider things from a different perspective. I think everyone can benefit from having a bit of guidance and a neutral person to help them put things into perspective, especially during times of transition, big changes, or anything challenging.
