I’m Elise.
When something in your life begins to shift (in your relationships, work, body, or sense of self), it can feel deeply disorienting. I’m here to help you make sense of that change and create steady ground so you can move through this transition with greater clarity and renewed self‑trust, in alignment with what matters most to you, your family and the wider world you’re shaping.
I offer therapy, coaching and group experiences for women navigating the thresholds that shape a life. Sessions are available online and in person in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
About me
A Warm, Grounded and Integrative Approach
I weave together counselling and psychotherapy with positive psychology coaching, matrescence-informed practice, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and somatic approaches to help women make sense of what they are experiencing and reconnect with themselves. Together, these frameworks allow us to explore how your experience shows up not only in your thoughts but also in your emotions, in your nervous system and in your relationships, in order to support meaningful, lasting change.
I provide a warm, collaborative space where your challenges are understood in light of your life circumstances, not as personal failings. Together, we soften overwhelm, untangle old stories and help you move through change with greater ease.

I work with women navigating moments of deep transition in their lives. This often includes becoming a mother, moving through perimenopause, or reaching a point where something in life is asking to change.
Clients often come when they are:
- adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum or the identity shift of motherhood
- experiencing emotional or psychological changes during perimenopause
- navigating grief, illness, separation, burnout or career crossroads
- sensing that an old way of living no longer feels aligned
